Healthcare professionals, users and caregivers can report any adverse drug event (ADE) / adverse drug reaction (ADR), serious or non-serious, expected or un-expected, observed during usage of any product of Reliance Life Sciences. The report should contain, at the minimum, the initials of patient's name, drug name/ brand name, description of adverse event and details of the reporter.
