FibrinoRel™ (Dried Fibrinogen) is a sterile, heat-treated, lyophilized fibrinogen (coagulation factor I) concentrate powder manufactured from pooled human plasma. Fibrinogen (factor I) is a soluble plasma glycoprotein with a molecular weight of about 340 kDa.

FibrinoRel™ (Dried Fibrinogen) is available as 1gram dried lyophilized powder solution for intravenous injection.

FibrinoRel™ (Dried Fibrinogen) is indicated for therapy and prophylaxis of haemorrhagic diatheses in congenital hypo-, dys- or afibrinogenemia and acquired hyperfibrinogenaemia resulting from disorders of synthesis in cases of severe liver parenchyma damage, increased intravascular consumption or increased loss.
